Changed my mind about using generic grease on guide rails

A hoistway in the old bank building downtown had a nasty squeal that came back after 3 days with the cheap stuff. Switched to a specific synthetic rail lube and the noise is completely gone for over a month now. What brand do you guys trust for a high-rise with heavy traffic?

Stick with the synthetic stuff, it's worth the extra cost.
