Paid $220 for a basement dehumidifier install, now I'm worried about my warranty
Had a handyman wire up a dehumidifier to a floor drain in our basement in Cleveland, came out great but he said he didn't need a permit and now I'm second guessing if that voids the home warranty. Anyone else roll the dice on unpermitted electrical work for a simple setup like this?
