The guy at Half Price Books showed me how to remove old library stickers without wrecking the cover

Heard a similar tip from a library worker years ago about using a hairdryer on low heat to soften the glue. The sticker comes off like butter and the cover stays in one piece. Sometimes the old-school tricks are better than all those goo-gone sprays.

The hairdryer trick works way better than expected, I tried it on some old textbooks I had.
