Power bank died mid-shift in a coffee shop in Seoul, total panic mode
I was working from a cafe near Hongdae when my laptop hit 12% battery and my power bank just gave up, no warning, dead as a rock. The cafe only had one outlet behind the counter and the barista said I could charge if I bought another drink, so I paid 8,000 won for an iced americano I didnt even want. I ended up perched on a stool near the electrical box, typing with my legs crossed so nobody tripped on the cord. Anyone else had a charging emergency in a city where outlets are basically a myth?
