One rough Tuesday in Chiang Mai made me question the whole setup

Power went out at my condo for 6 hours during a client call in Chiang Mai, so I lost a $400 retainer because the backup router also died. Then the coworking space down the street was full, and the cafe I landed at had no AC and my laptop battery dropped to 12%. I moved three times that day and finally just sat in a mall food court using a public outlet near a KFC. Has anyone else had a single day make them rethink their whole infrastructure plan, or do you just accept these losses?
