I'm done with the whole 'work from the beach' photo thing

I used to stage those shots for my social media, but after a laptop got sand in it in Bali last year, I realized it's just for show. Anyone else find the pressure to look like you're on a permanent vacation gets old?

Totally feel that. It's part of a bigger thing where every hobby or coffee now needs to be a brand. Sand in the keyboard is the perfect real life consequence for a fake online life. The need to perform being relaxed is honestly exhausting. Just let people work from their couch in peace.
