Wasted $200 on a cheap injector puller set that bent on the third use
Bought a no-name puller kit off Amazon last summer and the claw twisted like butter pulling stuck injectors out of a 6.7 Powerstroke, so now I'm wondering if anyone else has had good luck with a specific brand that won't cost an arm and a leg?

Honestly, it's not really the brand that's the issue there. On a 6.7 Powerstroke, those injectors are notorious for getting stuck, and a regular puller just ain't gonna cut it no matter who makes it. You're better off getting a dedicated injector sleeve puller for those trucks.

Yeah, that's a good point about the dedicated sleeve puller. It kinda hits on something I've noticed a lot in life. Seems like there's always a specialty tool that does one job perfectly, and then a general one that tries to do everything but does none of it well. It's like buying one of those giant multi-tools for camping versus just having a good knife and a separate lighter. You end up spending more time fighting the tool than actually fixing the truck. The no-name Amazon stuff is a total gamble too, you never know if you're getting recycled pot metal or something that'll actually hold up to real work.
