That security guard at Cinnaminson Mall was spot on about the roof leaks

Some guy on this sub told me last month those ceiling stains at the old Cinnaminson Mall were from a collapsed drainpipe, not just a regular leak. I blew him off cause it looked like standard water damage. Went back last Saturday with a flashlight and climbed up through the broken ceiling tiles near the old food court, and sure enough the whole pipe was snapped in half right above the Taco Bell. That water had been pooling behind the walls for maybe 5 years before they locked the doors. Anyone else find hidden structural damage that contradicted what the official reports said?

Did you ever see that one busted pipe video where the water just kept spraying for hours before anyone could shut it off? Reminds me of when our neighborhood had that massive main break a few years back. The whole street turned into a river, and kids were actually swimming in it like it was a water park. I didn't have my phone charged that day so I missed all the crazy shots! My neighbor got a sick video though, showing the water shooting up like a geyser. That was such a mess, the city had to reroute traffic for almost a week while they dug everything up.
