Finally figured out how to get into the old Sunrise Mall boiler room
That place in Citrus Heights has been sealed tight for years. Kept seeing hints of old pipes behind a wall panel near the old food court. Last weekend, brought a small inspection camera I got for plumbing jobs. Snaked it through a gap near a floor drain. Saw the whole original boiler system, untouched since the 90s. Got a clear shot of the manufacturer plate, 'Peerless 1982'. Anyone else find sneaky ways to see the mechanical guts of these places?
