Pro tip: My old Palm Pilot still syncs better than my current phone calendar

I dug out my Palm m105 last month after my calendar app glitched twice in one day, and now I use it for my weekly schedule because it never drops events, so has anyone else gone back to a dedicated device just to avoid app updates?

Seems like a whole extra device to carry around for something my phone already does fine 99% of the time. One glitch a month is annoying sure, but I just restart the app and move on. App updates are annoying but not worth dusting off a 20 year old gadget over, lol.
