Hit 1,000 logged phishing emails in my junk folder and it broke my brain a little

I set up a filter 6 months ago to tag every phishing attempt that hit my inbox, mostly for my own sanity, and the counter rolled past 1,000 last Thursday. What got me is that around 40 of them were fake shipping notices with my real name and street address in the body, so something out there has a decent chunk of my info. Short of freezing everything and living offline, what are you all doing to figure out which leak actually got you?
