The shift where one coupon code wrecked our whole flow in Akron

Last month I was running the front register at a big box store and a lady comes up with like 12 separate transactions, each with a 15% off coupon she found online that was supposed to be one-time use. I had to call a manager three times because the system kept flagging her, and the line behind her stretched to the back wall for a solid 45 minutes. Has anyone else had a single customer accidentally (or not) break the whole store's rhythm for an afternoon?
