Vent: dropped $180 on a group buy keycap set that showed up 14 months late and the legends are crooked

The seller kept posting updates about "factory delays" while running three other group buys at the same time, so now I'm out $180 and stuck with a set I can't even flip without eating the loss, has anyone actually gotten a refund out of one of these guys or do we all just eat it?
