Am I the only one who tried lubing switches with a $6 tube of Super Lube and hated it?
I did all 68 switches of my Mode Sonnet build in one sitting and they came out mushy and slow, so I am back to the factory lube and wondering if anyone else here gave up on the whole lube thing.
Tossed my Super Lube in a drawer and never looked back. Factory lube on most switches is honestly fine for a daily driver. That mushy feel usually means way too much grease got packed into the slider. I did the same thing to a board of Oil Kings and it felt like typing through peanut butter. Now I only lube the springs if they ping and leave the rest alone.
