Update: I spent $45 on a 'magic' writing prompt generator app

I saw an ad for this app that promised unique, endless prompts. I bought it, and the first ten prompts were fine, but then it just started repeating the same five ideas with different character names. I mean, after two days it felt like I'd seen everything. Has anyone found a better way to get fresh prompts without hitting a wall?

Check the app's reviews before buying next time. A lot of those prompt apps are just basic randomizers. Did you try asking for a refund from the app store?

Actually, Apple's refund process is pretty strict for digital goods. You might have better luck contacting the developer directly.
