My prompt jar hit 150 slips last Thursday and half of them are garbage
I started a shoebox of prompt slips back in January to stop staring at a blank page, and last Thursday I counted 150 of them sitting on my desk in Columbus. Going back through them, I realized about half are just one word like "rain" or "regret" that give me nothing to work with, while the good ones have a person and a problem baked in. What's the smallest detail you add to a prompt to keep it from being too vague to use?
