Stop riding the swing brake on luffing jib picks, it'll cook your clutch pack
Watched a guy on a 200 ton Liebherr at the Port of Savannah ride the swing brake for a whole shift of steel picks and by 3pm the swing was slipping so bad he couldn't hold a radius. You're supposed to let the brake do its job and feather with the foot pedal, not ride it like a clutch. Anybody else seen a crew burn up a swing box that way?
