Thought fishing minigames were a waste until a rainy night in Portia

I used to skip every fishing minigame in cozy games because they felt like a chore. Last Saturday I was stuck inside during a storm in Portia, so I actually sat through the whole thing, and something about the slow rhythm just clicked. Now I want more games with good fishing, so what are your favorites?
