Why does nobody talk about how hard glitter fallout is on curly hair

Had a bride last Saturday at the Marriott who wanted full glitter eyeshadow and it took me 45 minutes to get all the particles out of her ringlets before the ceremony. The stuff sticks to product buildup like glue. Any tips for keeping curls clean when clients insist on this trend?

Blame the stylist not the glitter. 45 minutes is way too long, just use a spritz of alcohol free setting spray before you start. If product buildup is that bad, wash the hair first.

Blame the stylist not the glitter" okay but sometimes the glitter just has a mind of its own, right? I've been there with brides who want that full sparkle look and it's like the stuff has superpowers against curly texture. A spritz of setting spray is a good tip though, I'll have to try that next time to keep the fallout from setting into the product buildup.
