Serious question, how do you all bounce back after a client walks out mid-service?
Had a rough Tuesday at the salon on 5th, my 2pm balayage got up halfway through foiling and said she couldn't do it anymore. I felt awful and honestly almost canceled my whole afternoon. But my 4pm regular, Dana, came in and told me the color I did on her daughter's prom hair got compliments all weekend, which totally turned my mood around. How do you all shake off a bad client moment so it doesn't wreck the rest of the day?
