Tried a 15 minute daily huddle with my framing crew and lost 40 minutes a day
I started holding a quick 15 minute huddle every morning before we got going on the 12 unit townhouse job in Denton, and by week two it was eating almost an hour once everyone argued about the day before. What do you guys do instead, written lookaheads or just a board in the trailer?
