Our framing crew went from 9 day cycles to 5 on the same duplex plans after we moved the material drop

Same two story duplex plans, same 6 man crew, nothing else changed except where the lumber got dropped. Cycles dropped from 9 days to 5 in about 6 weeks, has anyone else seen layout logistics move the needle that hard?
