I spent 3 weeks stuck on the same 9/11 Commission footnote issue until I started pulling the actual hearing transcripts instead of the summary docs, and the page numbers people keep citing led to something completely different than what every video claims, so has anyone else done the primary source dive and found the same mismatch?
