A guy at the gun range told me I was holding my breath wrong... changed my whole shooting routine
He said I was doing that military-style hold where you pause halfway, and it was making my groups wobble. Told me to just exhale naturally and squeeze on the pause. After 3 sessions with that tip, my 10-yard groups shrank by half. Anyone else get a random pointer that totally flipped their approach?

Read an article once from a competitive shooter who swore by this exact method. Said most people overcomplicate their breathing and end up introducing extra movement. That simple exhale and pause trick is pretty much all you need.
