That crack I tried to hide with a quick skim coat came back through within 3 months on a driveway in Austin.
Had to tear out a 4 foot section and repour it because the homeowner found out and threatened to sue, so now I always chip out any loose edges before patching no matter how small the job is, anyone else get burned by taking a shortcut on a repair?

Did you at least learn to always cut back to solid concrete before patching after that mess?
