Had a pour go sideways on a steep driveway in Asheville last month, the mix was way too wet and started running downhill.

My buddy's driveway turned into a concrete river once.

4 inches of slump was my go-to for almost everything until I did a job on a 6% grade last year. Watched the whole load start sliding before we even got it screeded. Had to shovel half of it off just to get control. That day taught me slump matters way more on slopes than I ever thought. Now I check every pour against the pitch first thing.
