Got a 2010 MacBook Pro in today with dead GPU, that old 2011 design flaw

I used to just tell people to trash those and buy new, but last year I started reballing the GPU chips myself. Took about 3 hours with a hot air station and some flux, but it booted right up. Has anyone else found a reliable way to fix those old Radeon failures?

Saw a guy on YouTube bake the motherboard in his oven at 200 degrees for 8 minutes and it worked for six months. I'll stick with my hot air station though.

What hot air station are you using for that?
