Walked past the old Sears at Castleton Square in Indy and the whole parking lot was empty except for 2 cars
Honestly I was at Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis last weekend and noticed the old Sears anchor space still has no tenant, which means that corner of the lot is basically dead. There were literally 2 cars parked in a lot that probably holds 300, and I started wondering who eats that cost every month, the mall or some landlord. Ngl it made me think about how hard it is to backfill those huge boxes once a big box leaves. Has anyone on here actually worked a deal on an empty anchor space like that?
