Why does nobody warn you about the 300 hour mark in dive school?
Hit 300 hours of bottom time at the school in Baytown last month and my body just started falling apart. Two guys in my class washed out that same week with ear infections they ignored because they were scared to say something. The instructors never brought it up, but your ears and shoulders hit a wall right around there and pushing through it is how you end up on the bench for months. Anyone else hit that number and feel like you got hit by a truck?
