Tried using a Kirby Morgan 37 bandmask instead of my old AGA full face mask
Everyone says the KM 37 is the gold standard, but after three dives on an offshore job in the Gulf last month, I kept getting water in my nose. The AGA never did that. Might just be my face shape, but has anyone else had this problem with the KM 37?

You say the KM 37 is great for most people but not everyone... I gotta push back on that a bit. I used the 37 for years in the Gulf and never had a single issue with water in my nose, even on long saturation dives. The trick is getting the fit dialed in right across the cheek seals. I've seen guys cinch it too tight and that actually causes leaks. Maybe your AGA was covering up a poor fit all along. Not saying your face shape is wrong, just that the 37 might need more fussing with than you're giving it.

That's rough, man. Getting water up your nose on a job is no fun at all. The KM 37 might be great for most people but clearly not for everyone.
