Got into a 20 minute argument at Phoenix Fan Fusion about whether reading digital counts as collecting
I was at Phoenix Fan Fusion two weekends ago and some guy saw me reading a comic on my tablet and said I was not a real collector because nothing is on a shelf. I get it, there is something about holding a floppy or a hardcover in your hands, but I read way more now than when I was chasing single issues every Wednesday. Is digital reading still collecting, or does it only count if you can pull it off a shelf?
