Spent $95 on a "precision" pour over kettle and my old $12 one made the same cup
I timed my brews with both kettles last month and the difference in the cup was basically nothing, just a lighter wallet. The fancy gooseneck is pretty and all, but it did not fix my uneven extraction, turns out my grind was the real problem the whole time. Did anyone else blow money on gear when the cheap fix was sitting right there in the grinder?
