I finally noticed how the sky changes over my commute in Austin

I drive the same 30 miles on I-35 every morning for work, and last Tuesday I looked up at this giant cumulus cloud that looked like a melting ice cream cone. It got me thinking how I never actually watch the clouds, just the traffic. So now I pick one cloud each day and track how it shifts shape by the time I hit the airport exit. Has anyone else started paying attention to the sky on a boring drive and found it kinda makes the whole trip better?

Man, that sounds like a way to make traffic feel even slower! You're just giving yourself a front-row seat to the same boring drive instead of just zoning out and getting there.
