Hit 500 cloud photos on my phone and my storage is finally full

I started snapping pics of weird clouds back in March 2023 after seeing a lenticular stack over Mount Rainier, and now I'm at 500 pics with 3 GB gone, so do you all back yours up somewhere or just let them pile up until your phone screams at you?
