I read a thing last winter where some guy in Minnesota did the math on his snow blower and figured it paid for itself in like two seasons just from not paying a plow service. Lakewood gets hammered too so that $180 probably already paid off. The part people sleep on is the back. Shoveling wrecks your back way faster than you think and one trip to the doctor costs more than the machine. My neighbor kept saying he didnt need one until he threw his back out twice in one January. Now he owns two of them. Best money is the money you dont spend on your spine.
