Bay Village versus Avon Lake for family stuff. Bay won by a mile.

Spent 3 months debating which community to join for playgroups and library programs. Bay Village's rec center programs were way more organized and cheaper by about $150 a year. Anyone else find one westside suburb just clicks better for your family?

Bay Village just has that small town feel without the stuffiness, and their programs are run by people who actually seem to care. Avon Lake felt too spread out and corporate for my liking.

Wait, are you saying the people who run Bay Village’s programs don’t put ketchup on my kid’s art project like the time I volunteered for that? Because that’s the kind of caring I need, haha.
