TIL a $12 brush whip from Grainger cut my soot scatter in half on a 40 foot run
Did a 40 foot flue in an old Buffalo duplex on Thursday and for the first time in 11 years I barely had to get the drop cloth out because I swapped my old 6 inch round whip for a flat wire one and ran it slow at about half speed with a drill clutch set low, so has anyone else found flat whips beat round ones on big square liners or am I late to this?
