Sootzilla brush failed on me halfway through a job

Was doing a level 2 inspection yesterday in Portland. The Sootzilla brush head just snapped clean off the rod. Flue was average size nothing crazy. Had to drive 45 minutes to grab a different brush from the supply house. Anyone else had their poly brush fail like that?

Sucks to hear that man. I've had a poly brush crack right where it screws into the rod before, but never a full snap off like that. It always seems to happen at the worst possible time too, like when you're already behind schedule. I hate that 45 minute drive just for a basic tool you should be able to rely on. Hopefully they replace it for you without too much hassle.

Had a mop head fly off the handle once while I was cleaning a spill in a rush. Thing went skidding across the floor like a hockey puck, almost took out a customer. Sometimes cheap tools just pick the worst moments to betray you.
