Leftover chili night went from sad bowls to a full spread for under $6
I used to just reheat my Tuesday chili and eat it over sad rice. Then I started turning it into loaded nachos with a $1 bag of tortilla chips, half a can of beans I had, and the shredded cheese ends from the deli bin. Last night it fed three people for maybe $5.75 total, plus I threw on pickled jalapenos from the dollar store. Anyone else reinvent leftovers into a totally different meal instead of eating the same thing twice?
