Am I the only one who found out the Trix rabbit has a whole other backstory in the 1970s ads
I was poking around old ad reprints at a flea market in Omaha last month and a seller had a 1976 magazine with a Trix ad where the rabbit actually gets the cereal for a second before the kids take it back. I always thought he got tricked in every single one, but apparently the writers let him win sometimes and it kind of changes how I watch these old spots. Does anyone know if Cap'n Crunch had any ads where he lost, or is he always the one winning?
