A gate agent's snarky comment fixed my packing forever
Last fall in Denver, I got pulled aside because my bag looked bulky even though it was under 21 inches. The agent said 'you packed for a vacation, not a trip' and that stuck with me. I dropped my extra pair of shoes and switched to rolling my jeans instead of folding, and now everything fits with room to spare. Anyone else get called out in a way that actually improved their setup?
