Rant: power stretcher no longer optional in my book

Used to think a knee kicker was fine for residential jobs, especially small rooms like hallways. Then I did a 14x20 living room in Boise where the carpet rippled within 6 months because I skipped the power stretcher to save time. Customer called me back, I redid it free, and lost a whole Friday. Anyone else still see guys pulling stretches with just a knee kicker on jobs over 12 feet?
