The old timer at the lumber yard in Reno told me to buy 20% extra trim for corners, and he was dead right
I laughed at him and bought exactly what I measured, then watched four corner pieces split on my miter saw and had to drive 40 minutes back for more, so now I want to know if you all add 20% or just cut corners smarter.

Reno guy knew his stuff and I still measured twice, cut once, still ended up 3 pieces short.
