Stop using zip ties on HDMI cables near wall mounts, I just fixed my third one this month

I do home theater setups on the side, mostly for friends and referrals. Three times in the last month I have shown up to a house where someone tightened a zip tie right where the HDMI bends coming out of the TV. That constant pressure kills the internal shielding over time. You get flickering or no signal after a few months. I know it looks clean, but use velcro wraps or leave slack in a loop behind the mount. Has anyone else seen this specific failure pattern, or am I just getting all the zip tie victims in town?
