The plywood jig I built for my drawer boxes made them worse, not better
I built a dado jig out of 3/4 inch plywood last weekend to speed up drawer boxes and ended up with 6 boxes where the sides were off by almost 1/16 inch. Turns out the jig flexed every time the router bit grabbed, so I went back to measuring each cut by hand. Anyone else had a jig backfire on them like that?
