Vendor rep told me I was the only client asking about upload speed, so I flipped our whole plan
Our old setup had 500 down and 20 up, and when I asked the rep about bumping upload he said most business accounts never bother. We switched to a plan with 200 down and 200 up last month and our cloud backups stopped choking during the workday, so now I want to know if anyone else here made upload the priority instead of download.
