Can we talk about how my habit tracker fell apart after 3 days?

I started a new bullet journal setup last Monday. Drew out this whole fancy sleep tracker with colored pens and a cute border. By Wednesday I had already missed 2 nights of logging. By Friday the whole thing was abandoned. Now I just use a simple dot system on my monthly spread. Has anyone else had a tracker crash and burn that fast?

The 3 day crash is basically a law of nature for fancy trackers I swear. I did the same thing with a water intake log that had cute little rain drops to color in. Made it through 2 days then forgot about it completely until I found the notebook under my coffee cup 2 days later. What made you pick sleep of all things to track were you having trouble sleeping or just thought it would be cool to fill in squares?
