I stopped buying airport snacks because a $4 sandwich at the Boise airport cost me $14 in the terminal
I keep seeing people grab food at the gate and I finally get why it's a trap. On a trip to Boise two months ago I paid $14 for a turkey wrap that costs $4 at the grocery store a mile from my house, and the gate prices were even worse. Now I pack a peanut butter sandwich and a refillable bottle and empty it through security. Does anyone have a cheap meal trick that actually survives a 6am flight?
