Tried a discount broker for 6 months, went back to my guy after he caught a lien I missed.
The cheap online platform saved me 200 bucks on commissions but my local broker spotted a mechanics lien on a property title that would have cost me 15 grand, so who's really saving money here, has anyone else had a near miss like that?

Gotta push back a little here, @beth559 - saving $200 is still saving $200, even if it's not life-changing money. A win's a win in my book.
