Wait, did they at least brush their teeth first before heading out? Honestly, I don't think I'd judge too hard because I've shown up to viewings looking like I just rolled out of bed more times than I care to admit. One time I had a 7am showing and I was still wearing my sleep shorts under my trench coat hoping no one would notice. Ngl, sometimes you're just so tired from the night before that putting on real pants feels like a huge effort. Tbh, if the broker still managed to answer questions and open the door, I'd just be impressed they showed up at all. We've all had those mornings where we're one coffee away from being fully human.

Had one broker roll up to an open house in sweatpants and a hoodie, finished off with Crocs. I didn't even care because he was the only one who actually remembered to bring a flashlight when the power was out in the building. Think I've been guilty of wearing my gym clothes just to squeeze in a quick viewing between workouts. Probably looked like a total mess but hey, nobody was filming it for social media back then.
